Over the past two decades, I've been helping busy, overworked, and overwhelmed people improve the quality of their lives.
Sure, this About Page shares a little bit about me, but it's really about YOU.
It's about how you can work smarter and not harder- leveraging the knowledge and experience I've gained over the years to find your freedom from the hustle.
How It All Started.
With a background in entrepreneurship and a passion for helping others, I began my career as a massage therapist in 2002, building a successful practice from the ground up.
Over the years, as I started a family and grew my business, I came to realize that time was my most precious commodity. And, realized it was time to learn how to better manage it, I sought out a coach and refocused my energy on the aspects of my work that I truly loved. This led me to becoming a coach myself and ultimately transitioning my business to the online world, enabling me to work from home and fully embrace my passion for helping others- in a new and exciting way.
The Struggle Was Real.
While working from home may seem like the ideal situation, it can also be pretty challenging when it comes to balancing personal and professional life.
This became even more apparent in 2020, when the line between the two became increasingly blurred. With not much else to do, it was easy to fall into the trap of working around the clock- constantly hustling to keep my business profitable in a world with so much uncertainty.

Healing my relationship with overworking
As it does, the exhaustion from overworking caught up with me and I had no other choice but to finally address the long-term impact that stress had caused and take control of my well-being.
It was through this journey back to myself that I was able to find true time, location, and financial freedom- without having to be on my laptop 24/7.
